Dillon joins GQR this month after three years in the U.S. Senate where she worked with federal, state, and local stakeholders on important legislative issues. Prior to her work on the Hill, Dillon was the Iowa State Director for the presidential campaigns of Senator Klobuchar and President Biden. During her time at the Democratic National Committee and Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Independent Expenditure she developed an expertise political research and strategic messaging campaigns that have made her a valuable resource to campaigns across the country.
