2012 International Team Year in Review
In addition to the campaigns Greenberg Quinlan Rosner helped wage and win in the United States in 2012, this was also an eventful year for our international political practice. In all, we helped parties and candidates conduct 14 campaigns across 10 countries.
From Britain, to Israel, to the Republic of Georgia, to the effort to replace Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, we conducted research and provided campaign advice for some of the world’s outstanding progressive leaders and parties. These campaigns spanned almost every electoral level, including races for parliament, president, governor, mayor, municipal council, and referenda.
Among other races, Greenberg Quinlan Rosner helped elect a new government and prime minister in the Bahamas, helped re-elect an outstanding mayor in Rio de Janeiro, and helped our clients achieve two crucial referenda victories in Ireland. In many of these races, GQR Digital helped bring modern campaigning online and engaged targeted voters with cutting-edge social media techniques.
Greenberg Quinlan Rosner brings unmatched experience, based on work in over 80 countries on six continents, together with the latest techniques from US campaigns. In 2012 alone, Greenberg Quinlan Rosner conducted over 400 focus groups and 60 surveys outside the U.S. With offices in Washington D.C., London, and Buenos Aires, we offer the world’s largest team that is dedicated full-time to serving campaigns, government leaders, and corporations world-wide. Our principals and staff are multi-lingual, grounded in global affairs, and use unique and battle-tested methods to carry out accurate research across continents and cultures – research that moves public opinion and drives winning campaigns.
